NAQP CW August 2021 – AD5XI

This contest was my last NAQP CW while living in the USA. I’ve come to rather enjoy this series of contests, they have a similar feel to the RSGB AFS Contests in the UK. As it was the last one the WA3EKL team agreed to my suggestion of using my call for the M/2 entry from Alan’s station.

I was able to operate the whole time, with a short break for an excellent evening meal and was joined by Alan WA3EKL, Tyler K3MTR, Daryl WT3K and Zory KB3VQC. Even with just 100W Alan’s station is potent on the bands and we exceeded our collective expectations with the score on behalf of PVRC.
