In late 2011 M0PCB and M0GEJ somehow managed to buy a house, which was the first opportunity we both have had to set up a dedicated shack. The novelty is still strong in that there is a separate room for radios!
The priorities upon moving in were to get the basics sorted, and for a while there was just the desks and a single radio installed with a Force-12 Sigma-5 vertical dipole lashed to a tree stump in the garden. Some stations were worked on 20m, but at the earliest opportunity better antennas were installed (as shown elsewhere) and the shack was laid out. There have been a couple of iterations thus far, though now the layout is pretty much optimal for our needs. Over time this may well change. as it always has in the past.
The shack currently looks like this:

The M0PCB/M0GEJ shack in February 2013. M0PCB to the left and M0GEJ to the right, complete with new bookshelves and some different radios.
There is a third to the left around the corner desk, which houses the Yaesu FT-201 and Heathkit HW-101 valve radios. The HW-101 is working on receive, but needs a good clean through and some minor restoration work. The FT-201 is fully working.
At the moment we are active on 80-10m, 4m and 2m SSB/CW and 6/2/70cms FM. The intention is to get a 6m Moxon rectangle up in the air soon, though this will require some extra work and so far HF and the VHF UKAC contests have been the priority.
