IOTA Contest 2014 – MU0HTJ

Yet again in 2014 the MU0HTJ team were active in the IOTA contest from Guernsey, EU-114.

We improved on our previous scores and for a 2nd year in a row won our section, which was Fixed this time due to the kind support of the Guernsey Amateur Radio Society. We ran 100W from an Elecraft K3 on the Run station and 100W from an FT-450D as a Multiplier station. The antennas, provided by Louis 2U0FER, were single band quad loops for 20/15/10m and full size quarter-wave verticals for 40m and 80m. They all worked exceptionally well from our spot at Rousse Point.
